ABOUT ME
am a compassionate and evidence-based holistic nutritionist specializing in gut health, hormonal health, and the intersection of nutrition with mental health and the nervous system. I hold a Master of Science in Nutrition from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, OR, as well as a certificate in health coaching from the Institute of Integrative Health.
With a Health at Every Size (HAES) perspective and a focus on gentle, individualized care, I collaborate with clients to create sustainable health goals rooted in their unique needs and values. My goal is to empower you with the knowledge and confidence to make health changes that feel aligned, practical, and lasting.
Having personal experience with the challenges of neurodivergence and chronic health struggles, I bring understanding and tenderness to my practice. I offer support through nutrition, herbs, and lifestyle adjustments, always fostering a safe and trusting environment where you feel seen, heard, and respected.
Let’s work together to uncover what health means for you and create lasting changes that feel aligned with your life.
When I am not doing nutrition things, I enjoy reading, yoga, spending time in nature, hanging out with my dog, brewing up herbal potions, gardening, listening to podcasts, trying new recipes, canning and pickling, dancing, and spending time in community with the amazing souls in my life.
